Lake Johnson Loop Trail

The Lake Johnson Loop Trail, which spans over four miles, completely encircles the lake that shares the park’s name. The trail can be hiked in either a complete loop or in separate West Loop and East Loop segments with your dog. Parts of the boardwalk that skirt the lake are among the most picturesque, but you’ll also pass through forests and come across picnic tables.

Crabtree Creek Trail

The length of the Crabtree Creek Trail is 15 miles. Take your dog for a walk on this paved path that winds through the scenic Capital Area Greenway Trail System.
