Dogs Who Have Been Used As Experimental Test Subjects Start New Life

Just in time for the holidays, Beagle Freedom Project (BFP), a national animal rescue and advocacy organization, has secured the release of seven beagles who were used in horrific laboratory experiments in Boston.

Laboratories typically will not release the animals, but BFP works with the laboratories to give them a second chance at life and live in a home with a family surrounded by love.

These beagles have spent their whole lives subjected to testing, living in steel, cold cages with no treats and no love. Prior to this, they had not seen the outdoors or been known by a name: only identified by the number tattooed in their ears.

These seven beagles will finally have the life they should have always known: love, toys, treats and snuggles, and just in time for the holidays!
