Pricing
The price of pet grooming is determined by many factors including clipping, degree of matting, brushing, degree of undercoat removal, disposition of animal, length of hair, drying time, and size. Your groomer will provide a total cost the day of the groom.
Vaccinations
Before your pet’s grooming appointment, please upload documentation to your Client Portal that their vaccinations are up-to-date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment, 24 hours notice is required. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
We will wait 15 minutes before considering the appointment a no call/no show. No call/ no shows will be charged 50% of the projected cost of the groom.
