What is a Raleigh Pawz Seasonally Themed box?
Get ready to sniff the season and embrace it with your best bud! Raleigh Pawz seasonally themed boxes are shipped every season with handcrafted and artisan items, seasonally approved doggy toy or treats, and something useful and fun for our pawz parent. Best of all, your purchase supports small businesses and gives back to Raleigh. Each season, we donate to a Raleigh charity in need of our community’s support.
What's inside my box?
Raleigh Pawz seasonally-themed boxes include handcrafted and artisan items, safe, healthy doggy toys or treats, and also something useful and fun for our Pawz parent. For example: handmade treats made from human-grade ingredients, durable toys made from recycled materials, natural, pet-safe soaps and cleaning supplies.
Where are your products made and sourced?
Raleigh Pawz sources high-quality goods. Your box is filled with items that are natural and safe for you and your best bud. The majority of goods are made in the USA and a few globally. No products are made in China.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds, but we’ll ship you a replacement box if yours is damaged. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged box and we’ll ship you a replacement.
We have more than one size dog?
For an additional $15 per box, we’ll include additional items to ensure that your box is a great match for all of your crew!
What size options do you offer?
When ordering, select whether your dog is small (under 20 pounds), medium (20 – 50 pounds), or large (over 50 pounds) and we’ll take it from there!
What charities do you support?
Each season we will donate funds, supplies, or food to a Raleigh charity in need of community support. When you select our quarterly subscription, you’re contributing to four different charities! That warms our heart.
Should I be concerned about receiving packages due to the coronavirus outbreak?
Subscription and Billing
When will I receive my subscription boxes?
For your first purchase – either a single box or quarterly subscription – your box will be shipped within seven to 10 business days.
For quarterly subscribers, after your first box, future seasonal boxes are shipped during the first week of the month after your subscription renewal date.
What is the your seasonal box schedule?
- For orders shipped between March 1 and May 31, you’ll receive a Spring-themed box
- For orders shipped between June 1 and Aug. 30, you’ll receive a Summer-themed box
- For orders shipped between Sept. 1 and Nov. 30, you’ll receive a Fall-themed box
- For orders shipped between Dec. 1 and Feb. 28, you’ll receive a Winter-themed box
What subscription plans do you offer?
You can purchase a single box for yourself or a friend. OR we offer a quarterly subscription. For our quarterly subscription customers, you’ll receive a seasonally themed box each season!
How does billing work?
If you purchase a single box, you’ll be charged a one-time charge when you checkout.
If you purchase a quarterly subscription box, you’ll be charged when you checkout and then you’ll be placed on our regular billing and shipping cycles for four boxes in a 12-month period. You’ll be charged for subsequent boxes on your renewal date.
What are your renewal terms?
By subscribing, you will receive your first box at $34.95 after promo code, plus free shipping & handling. You’ll automatically receive a new seasonal box every three months for the current subscription fee of $39.95 including free shipping & handling.
You’ll be charged when you checkout and then you’ll be placed on our regular billing and shipping cycles for four boxes in a 12-month period. You’ll be charged for subsequent boxes on your renewal date. You authorize us to charge the credit/debit card used when subscribed at the then-current rate unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time in your My Account (Subscriptions section) before you are billed for your next box.
How can I change my subscription?
We value you as a customer and want your experience to be top notch! If you’re dissatisfied for any reason, we want your feedback. Please give us a woof at email@example.com. You can change your subscription at any time before your are billed for your next box in your My Account (Subscriptions section).
